Returns

Arcade Street accept returns for a full refund (excluding shipping cost), provided the following requirements are met;

Domestic - The item(s) are returned within 10 business days of you receiving them.

International - The item(s) are returned within 15 business days of you receiving them.

Your item must have not been worn, altered or washed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping Costs incurred by returning an item are not covered by Arcade Street.

 

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Exchanges

Unfortunately we are unable to exchange items. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return your purchase for refund and place a new order in line with the Refund Policy.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@arcadestreet.com.au.

 

Return to Sender

Items can be re-sent with re-payment of shipping charges. Re-shipping an item is not covered by Arcade Street. Cancelled orders will incur a $10AUD fee.

 

Returns Process

To return an item, please send us an email at hello@arcadestreet.com.au. We'll provide you with further information and a return address for your item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will not be liable if your returned item goes missing.
